Refund policy

Cancellation, Refund & Order Change Policy

At Simply Cakes, each order reserves production time on our schedule. We plan our staffing, purchase ingredients and supplies, and begin preparing certain components in advance based on our scheduled orders. For these reasons, all sales are final and orders are nonrefundable, nonexchangeable, and nontransferable.

Cancellations are not guaranteed. If sufficient notice is provided and we are able to accommodate a cancellation, a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the order total, and the remaining balance will be refunded. Once preparation or production has begun, or if the order is too close to the scheduled pickup or delivery date, the order cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued.

Once an order has been placed, items and quantities cannot be removed or reduced from the order. Any approved changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. If an order was placed using a promotional offer, package price, volume discount, or other special pricing, any requested changes may result in the discount being adjusted or removed if the order no longer meets the original requirements.

Complimentary, promotional, and free items have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds, credits, or exchanges.
